This was the first company I co-founded. The idea was to create a temporary company for the project "Ort Schafft Ideen". [an]docken was an award-winning architecture and city planning office.

- the first time I worked with architects / creative people
- build a reputation
What I learned:
How to work with creative people. How to build a company. Not let fear take you down and push yourself to new limits. Especially when things are smooth. How to let people go their way and how to make people responsible for the work they do. And I learned to love contracts. Overall one of the best experiences I ever had was to co-found this company.
