This project is based at the university Kassel to help startups to solve problems with current products. The Lab offers a variety of help from Ideation to validation.
Position: Consultant
Responsibilities:
- ideation
- validation
- find the right market
- help with all problems around a new product
Challenges of this project:
- the range of products from wearable to a chemical product is very wide
- every product is under a very tight budget
- the need to understand a product immediately
What I learned:
To see opportunity in every idea. Be open minded to every idea, no matter how strange the business model may seem in the beginning. How small changes in design or the position on the market can make a huge difference.
